How To Build Wooden Clothes Hamper

genetic engineering ... the rescue of the third world?

I was now once more in bed and cure together with my neighbor a diarrheal disease. In shifts, we show the toilet during the breaks and he looks "Stromberg" and I read the mirror.

Yesterday, Joan and I and our second anniversary we have not, unfortunately, spent a nice trip but with Stromberg-looking. The right-date mirror Magazine we got from a German RTL reporter who filmed a documentary on us for the RTL-night journal, - purchased from the German-book store in Cape Town for the equivalent of more than six euros.

During my current reading phases I am on an article about genetic modification encountered by rice plants, where I was were raised a bio-child and former Waldorf students given pause for thought:

In the Philippines a major Genzüchter is currently quite successful in meeting the rice - the main staple food 1 in the world - the vitamin A artificially use: through genetic modification.
This rice will be crossed with local varieties of rice and carried into the third world because the people there get through the rice that they eat pretty much anything except vitamin A.

almost the entire third world suffers from vitamin A deficiency. The results: no Bone growth, blindness, immune suppression, death ... two million people die each year on vitamin A deficiency - is home to more than three times as many people as in Frankfurt / Main.

The "golden rice" which is by the provitamin A (copies of the maize plant) has become so yellow promises much: resistant to pests, ease of rearing and a food that the Third World not only tired but also makes healthy - so the researchers.

"The Golden Rice divides the worlds, because it represents a basic conflict: between the hopes and the fears of the Third World ... between optimists, the nature want to improve, and Back-to-nature romanticism "

The North Indian son of a rice farmer Parminder Virk says to the concerns of the First World." People in Europe have enough to eat, they do not need golden rice. Why should they make serious efforts thoughts? You have in Europe but have no idea what people really need elsewhere, "while thousands of miles has further announced the Greenpeace staff in Hamburg Jan van Aken the Golden Rice the struggle.
His concern is that the rice over the years with the traditional rice varieties and crosses there are no white rice contains more ... and above all, who guarantee that the golden rice does not fail on a large area and therefore the most important staple food of the whole world is destroyed. Here again there is evidence, such as a test Genfeld where the rice had been checked after some time and received. It is important, it finds that one can do anything that you can not get a grip.

However, the worries and doubts come not only from the rich, lush eaten countries of the West but also from poor countries like the Philippines. Medina, Farmer official and adviser of many thousands of rice farmers, says, not the vitamin-A deficiency is the biggest problem, but the whole poverty of the developing world itself, he trusts the American Corporations do not, so far every time the only enriched themselves and have exploited the people.
He does not right that the yellow rice should not benefit producers but consumers benefited. He also says it would need to receive vitamin A and fat, and it exists mainly in meat. But poor people are not even able to afford meat. "Golden rice has not been developed for the European market," said Medina. He was "the attempt by the North to solve the problems of the South".
"Are the people in the developing world, the guinea pigs for the First World". "
Can we fight the symptoms of poverty, as long as the causes can not be removed?

critics say that countries like the Philippines, vitamin A deficiency had been under control. It had already been given vitamin A tablets also can show people just how to grow vegetables and fruit in the garden at home. This being white rice in many Asian symbol of prosperity. "Hardly anyone would voluntarily eat yellow rice."

Nevertheless show scenarios of scientists that (pessimistic) by the new GM rice 5000-40000 (realistic) children to be saved could - in India alone. This is the cost of a human life just a few dollars.

Manila, the Philippines Haustadt. In the Tondo district Monico family lives next to the big garbage dump in the city. No running water, no toilet, no electricity, no food - they are on the soup kitchen of the Italian workers need.
Father Joselito earned only 1.60 € a day, which barely pays for the rice, the children are malnourished ... all of them never got tablets from the government and they have a garden in a densely populated slum certainly not. has
"In the Philippines in the past Year, a campaign launched against GM rice. Greenpeace members distribute stickers, celebrities like Miss Philippines 2007 "promote the fact that restaurants are using only rice that has not genetically modified.
The Monicos have noticed nothing of this campaign. You have never been in a restaurant, the word gene tells them nothing, of Greenpeace, they have never heard of.
Would you eat rice, contains vitamins, even if the rice yellow? "We would eat everything," said Joselito Monico and looks at his wife. "No matter what color. Main thing to survive, we ""

(source.: Der Spiegel, No. 48/2008, 24.11.2008, p. 90)

It is advisable to really read the article too!

What shocked me about it is the arrogance with which we talk about topics such as Demeter, organic or genetic engineering.

The author of the original article Hauke Goos says: "The irritating to the conflict (is): The objections of the critics seem to be justified as good as the responses of the proponents, who listens to the arguments of both parties long enough eventually both that a way to the promise and the Apocalypse. "
This question is never answered in unison: Is a GM-free nature (without the risk of extinction of entire species of plants or the extinction of bees, etc.) is more important than the survival of a year of more than two million people?

misanthropy is because the thought that ere people have to die in our world, to prevent over-population and the impending doom of humanity.

It ought to be also fair to say, "Where are you, you terrorist, al Qaeda's and Osama bin Laden's? Kill us, our mothers and children, because we should actually also the worst of times drag, right? "

Krass, I find that our standard of living people actively seeking, and that, although it will always do so much good. And as organic consumers, or as an avowed opponents of genetic engineering causes one perhaps even worse than you actually want to prevent!

Anyone with vollgefressendem belly drags on genetic engineering only makes things worse just yet. Inaction is deadly, and that's true - literally.

genetic engineering is a double edged sword. If we are afraid of her, we need less in the fight against genetic engineering but participate fight for others, quick and effective solutions.
We make far too many things in the way that appear to be immense, without making the effort to develop something else. Economy, politics and every one of us even take something. But, unfortunately, is also exactly what the disaster, because this combination has worked very rare almost satisfactory, since everyone always leaves on the other.

Would we drink contaminated water, we were sick for lack of minerals and vitamins and we were really hungry - every one of us - we'd all be very different than the subject, think! - Each of us!

But - as they would be - that can, unfortunately, none of us really imagine.

Thank you for your interest and best wishes from a sick bed,

Sore Stomach Pregnancy 33 Weeks

Christmas in the orphanage

25th December 2008

morning we got up at 5:00 clock and made scrambled eggs for the whole orphanage (360 pieces) ... Fortunately, we have helped the Caregiver.
We then grilled for all .... nearly five hours, I was on the grill and have grilled in the summer heat sängenden using other secure 50 kilos of chicken and sausages for 160 children and 30 adults. Result, are a bright red neck, verbrante finger and replaced by the smoke mucous membranes!
Afterwards, there was a joint Christmas dinner and the great gifts Distribution: Each child had his own pack sorted by boy or girl and name names given, donated by supermarkets, companies and individuals. After cleanup, it was nearly 19:00 and clock time for a late afternoon nap. Then in the evening - the sunset - the mess.
It was actually thanks Weihnachstlieder and music, a kind Christmas feeling, but a curious, never been there before.
I have nothing missing, so far from home, but when you think how to spend probably the parents, relatives or adopted child Christmas, do you get a funny mood. We

the next few days will still have to have free and maybe not even on New Year's Eve and New Year. But at some point waves against one of the holiday, but unfortunately only 25 days, but better than nothing!

I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2009.

AIDS

A disease that is apparently not auzrotten. It is rampant in the body of the people and then killing millions.
The campaign against AIDS is everywhere. Everywhere you can find the AIDS ribbon, condoms are, there are magazines, tablets that try to stop the disease, and counseling centers.
the mistaken belief that the government took more time before kuzer public (namely that AIDS through healthy eating, sports and faith would heal) is abgewschworen (thanks to international pressure) and the fight against the pandemic evolves.
But so completely in the population Once this is unfortunately not always. Shame, superstition, fear and powerlessness complicate the common fight against this monster. To be aware of this disease, was developed by the WHO (World Health Organization) the World AIDS Day "- always on the 1st Takes place in December - proclaimed. Also in
Township, at the focal point of violence and misery, where AIDS is seen as virtually unparalleled in the world, was now thought of the day.
The brutal reality may attacking fortunately only and do not occupy. She stopped outside the gates of Baphumelele. Inside
rose for the party!

is the African culture characterized by spontaneity and emotion expressed In dance, rhythm and song. In this way we celebrated today the World AIDS Day. Only all sang together, then dances were performed by our girls and boys as well as a play that had to do with HIV.
also a dance group from outside was a guest with us and have their skills put to the test.
What always fascinates me is the tremendous will to live of the people here have the ability to completely let go and just be happy - enjoy the moment ... because no one here knows what will come tomorrow!
It was a very impressive day, and the "afrikanischte" so far!

Greetings from far far away!

Baphumelele Children's Home in Khayelitsha near Cape Town, South Africa

Freddie Abel

Tuesday afternoon. Children's screams and police sirens, along with the blowing of the wind. I'm lying in bed sick again and listen out the window.

After three months here in South Africa, where children and orphanage in Khayelitsha near Cape Town Baphumelele, exotic everyday life here has become. The novelty is gone, the magic of Africa disenchanted.
This is not meant negatively, it is only the normality which is established.
Leaving the city you will meet beautiful nature, you go to the Long Street or to the Waterfront in Cape Town you can experience luxury, international presence and a touch of colonial times, proceed to the Township sees violence and misery, but as much openness and helpfulness.

Baphumelele in Xhosa means "progress" and that's what it is here also advanced. Although the children have put a lot back here while many surveillance cameras were installed and a highly complex high-tech baby hatch was built, which was not even used yet ...
But this is Africa. The relations are different, the Standards are not comparable with ours.

We volunteers are an integral part of Baphumelele, just as important as the management and caregivers of children, but hineinzufinden in the ranking at the bottom and it is not always easy in the African system of respect and hierarchy. We work hard and long to get up often at night, do many tasks with just as much responsibility and autonomy.
Although our work here is much appreciated and it is not always easy, motivated and committed to go to work, it's exciting with so much responsibility Built to handle the task.

Accommodation for us nine volunteers (eight from Germany, one from America) is pure luxury for Townshipverhältnisse. Steinhaus, electric stove, refrigerator, toilet, bathtub, running water - often warm and a car, we can go to Cape Town at the weekend. Without wishing to complain here we are almost too many volunteers in a small space. We share the room with several work a lot in common and have lots of fun together. Only the privacy is completely on track. Even on weekends we often share a dormitory in Cape Town with strange snoring. Go on holiday which, you realize how relaxed living together, but still no one wants someone away. For my girlfriend and I find it hard to keep our relationship here, almost impossible!

The work consists of many areas we have divided among us:
comes twice a week a doctor to check us and the children. Our "medicine-girls" here and help prepare the whole medicine. The responsibility here is very great, for example, forget the kids who are HIV +, the dire consequences. Attached to our home a nursery (crèche) and a pre-school (Grade R). In this two more volunteers to help the teachers. For the already mentioned Respite Care Center (Bonita House) day shall have made many trips to hospitals be. In the "Bonita" get AIDS and tuberculosis patients afflicted medicine and food and a hygienic environment but also quiet previously. Our American Mitfreiwillige (thanks to which we often speak English) will help the "Social Work Erin" in the office. The task of Social Workers is to take care of the legal situation of the children but also to make reintegration (return to families, etc.). However, this is, in spite of "anthroposophy" means - is more illusion than reality - rather inadequate, because some children have to go back into the same bad environment from which they came, after they had been here long, but no clue the tough life outside the pale pink walls of Baphumelele.
I'm with two other guys from mainly repairs, shopping, get donations and drive the Social Work Erin over the place (home visits etc.). Although it is a bit like "girl", but it's really fun because you come around a lot. Just get frustrated sometimes the repair, because there are very few tools and no materials, and other stops only temporarily.

The more time I hope for more composure in the group and also for myself

The time is here in Baphumlele super exciting, funny, intense, full of emotion, demanding, beautiful and rich in experience I want to be in any other project. Sometimes it is a bit difficult to wade, but it met with an equally proud when you finish a complicated thing successful.

Sometimes, it was generally as a volunteer in question. Then you think: "What am I doing here, what could not locals?" And "What has this got to do with a development policy? But the answer is no one to answer so quickly. We are indeed the cheapest work force here far and wide but we are needed.

Now it's late at night, but still warm because it's almost summer. There still overcome. The wind makes the heat bearable, but he sweeps the Sand through Khayelitsha. He has been everywhere. The child cries are silent, only occasionally drowned out by a police siren at night. Shots I have not heard in a few days. All are in the houses for fear of violence. Sometimes one wonders whether even the criminals are afraid of themselves, so empty it seems. Now plays in the lives of only in homes, in our.
Yes, it's morning again in Khayelitsha.

Thank you for your support and interest - no matter what kind!
I hope you are well.

greetings to Germany, I miss Käs'-noodles!

your Freddie

Samsung Ml-1610 Toner Save Options

A bit beyond the horizon ....

Now I know myself better in Khayelitsha in Cape Town and its surroundings as well as makers of township residents here. We have to travel a lot and learn as the Greater Cape Town always better. The "Cape Flats", which run like a flat plane from Cape Town and Table Mountain to Somerset West, are home to many millions of people. The smog and noise is a day for the cauldron, and differs only to the clear sea air, when the south wind moves come across False Bay and around 2km from the sandy beach in the township and blows the dirt further into the interior drives.

have just over two weeks ago we all gathered up and climbed the landmark of the city, the 1087 meters high Table Mountain.
The climb was very strenuous and arduous task. And although it is in about 2 hours on the high plateau, then you realize how tired you are - but some do it well in an hour! On top, you will be rewarded with spectacular views both on the Cape Flats Cape Town and on their own with the bay and Robben Iceland.
"On the Table Mountain has a unique diversity of plants. Some 1,400 plant species have been identified, which is more than in Great Britain found are. Many of them are endemic, ie found nowhere else in the world " ... [Source: Wikipedia ]

Then came so with the most beautiful weekend here in South Africa: On the birthday of my friend Johanna, we have both made a brief tour of the Western Cape.
We rented from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, a car and first drove to Hermanus to acquaintances.

is right here In the meantime it has become spring. The days are getting hotter, everything blooms and slowly dry the already silted grass surfaces.

Hermanus is the town's most famous whale in the whole of Africa. UNESCO has declared Hermanus as the best point for whales from the mainland to observe from. There we have with our friends in a bar directly into celebrated on the rocky cliffs of the sea in Johanna's birthday.
are the next morning we left towards Cape Agulhas, the southernmost point of the African continent.
The ride went on forever long and straight sand and dirt road, where you can even up to 90km / h faster. It was not easy - watch out for in curves and bumps have to be very and go slow - but doable.

were on the way we pass the last car ferry handberiebenen South Africa. Over the medium-sized, slow-flowing river is a wire rope is stretched. It runs along the ferry. Two men hang from day to day with shoulder straps to the ropes and pull the ship from one bank to another. It was exciting but also humbling to see the men work so hard for one.

was beautiful and the solitude Wide out here. Finally switch off and come to her.
The allersüdlichste point of Africa is unspectacular and less poignant, but we have but on our way from Cape Agulhas to Swellendam seen quite a macabre scene at the runway edge:

went to an ostrich flock there then on to our backpackers in Swellendam:

The next day (Sunday) we went back to Khayelitsha.

It was a really beautiful short trip and she has a taste for more. Now I plan to eagerly
our great 40-day tour at the end of the volunteer year (August 2009)!

Bye .... your Freddie!

Will Tvs Cost Less After The Superbowl

contrast

Last week was really exhausting

On Sunday I was with one of our babies in the emergency department at Children's Hospital "Red Cross", near the the center of Cape Town, was. It is HIV positive and had over 40 ° C grade fever but the diagnosis was only: "Chest Infection ... will be over in at least 3 days ". I got some ointment and was allowed to go home again. On Wednesday, she felt still not better and they had to go back to the hospital. there it turned out then that the diagnosis of Sunday was wrong and the 13-month-old girl has meningitis and probably die soon will.
Then I should have a terminally ill man who has me almost died in a car, go to our Respite Care Center. Respite Care Center is a part of Baphumelele for adult AIDS ill patients in order to receive food there, because otherwise the violent attack AIDS and tuberculosis drugs to organs. Here, too often over the hearse. But when we were already on the way to Khayelitsha, , the staff member of the Respite Care Centre then decided to take him to yet another hospital - where he died later.

On Wednesday there was an uprising in Khayelitsha, because the people in the shacks (shanties) have been demanding for many years, solid homes. After the end of apartheid, the African National Congress (ANC) promised the people the situation of blacks to improve significantly, by as permanent houses are built of stone. The ANC is the leading political party of the black population in South Africa since 1994 and is the president: Mandela and Mbeki. But since many people still live in almost the same position at the time, increasing the resentment of the Shack-dwellers.
am in exactly such a riot I got a Mitfreiwilligen than we did on Wednesday evening, a food donation pick up in the north of Cape Town. An angry crowd of people stood to the right and left of the road and threw garbage and big stones in the center and set fire to fire. While we fought by us on our rickety Fiat Uno with a trailer by the chaos even as so often went from the engine ... but luckily again. On the way back were two major streets of the township closed and we had trouble finding back to Baphumelele. To Fortunately, we will soon get a tow hitch in our Toyota Tazz, because this car is at least not at every intersection.
On Thursday we had another "Emergency" and I went with a new baby to the Red Cross. The one-month old boy was so sick and cool that it's almost dead, but thanks to artificial ventilation and infusion, he has yet made it. I'm still a long stay with the boy until the ICU (Intensive Care Unit - ICU) has been rescheduled.

And so was my whole week!

But then luckily the weekend:

here to Baphumelele meets twice per week, a very well known and good doctor and checked out by all the children - is voluntary. Since it is currently in Ireland and her children were away at the weekend and so no one could take care of their dogs, we were allowed to stay from Friday to Sunday at her home. Well, the term "house" is an understatement very: It was a really big villa with super many rooms, pool, pool table, tennis court, large garden with private gardener, plasma TV and a complex security system with lasers and all the trimmings.
We have let ourselves go really well since and it has done so well sometimes a little more room to have and enjoy luxury to be allowed (hot tub, etc.).

South Africa is a country where rich and poor peacefully side by side ... live with emphasis on side by side, for there is hardly any contact between rich and poor, with a few exceptions such as our doctor, who comes from one of the largest and richest families in South Africa and two days of the week comes to us in the shantytown of Khayelitsha to help orphans! Sorry this is the exception.

news you get here do not cooperate, let alone international. Also on the current situation of withdrawal Thabo Mbeki and Jacob Zuma, a possible successor to get here with little. Sometimes it grabs the headlines on the radio, but nobody here can explain to a policy I do not understand politics! "is heard everywhere ... Abr it remains exciting in the township.

Although I would just need more such weekends to me some time to recover properly, for the new week .... with many more experiences and events
... you'll hear about it!

Freddie

PS: At least, it really warm by now! ;-)

Renaissance Technologies 2010 Returns

upside down ... or, at the end of the world ...

(my first month in South Africa)

roar the moment even the early spring storms across the country and through the streets. Often it rains ... left - because in the summer months not a drop will fall more. But when it is dry, sand is everywhere in the air, you have him in the eyes, in the apartment and even in the phone. When the sun shines, it is very warm and you would like a cool breeze.
Last weekend we took a trip towards the Cape of Good Hope, made, past Muizenberg, one of the most famous Surfer-town South Africa - but totally boring if it is not about wave surfing - then on to Fish Hoek and Simon's Town. The scenery was breathtaking: sparse, but full of palm trees, colorful flowers and exotic plants ... between monkeys and in the sea - so close beside the little holey road - just teeming several huge whales. This is Africa!

But above all, the township life is Africa.
All the fruit vendors, street children and mothers, their Children have tied with a cloth on the back, run a large sack of rice on their heads through the streets. People to repair their cars on the road, mom in front of the blazing fires, roasting whole sheep heads, car washer at the roadside and loud music of any corrugated iron hut. The air smells of gasoline and plastic, in between fried meat.
also drowns in Cape Town smog. But when the wind blows away the dirt with rain, is a crystal clear view of Table Mountain and the Cape of Good Hope, accompanied by rainbows.

Life here in the orphanage Baphumelele is increasingly common, and yet never the same. Always is unusual or unexpected, but you get used to over time. So I have this Sunday in the hospital with a 1-year-old girl (HIV positive) spent about 40 ° C fever.
Everyone has become so found their tasks and the coexistence turns out to be very easy. I am here as responsible for any repairs incurred Sun But I'm going for the connected "Respite Care Centre for HIV-positive adults with TB, a morning spent a week in the Grade R", the preschool class with children of Baphumelele and go to the hospital. The work is varied and entertaining, although you always have a certain amount of sleep deficit, since often the day starts at half past six in the morning and usually ends at midnight.

Our Volunteers-WG in the "German Flat" is a lively bunch of different people: four boys and four girls from Germany and an American woman (thanks to which we speak much English). Except for minor - perfectly normal - friction, we have a really fun life. Boredom is a foreign word, nor solitude. And it feels a bit like home when turns into the Dabula Street and the pale red walls of the entrance gate Baphumelele runs.

All Life here is taking place within the walls. Outside, it is dangerous. Care has to be here very much and constantly on guard, his Baphumelele when you leave, but you would be so open and the new and to go to the people. Is the rash can have fatal consequences, but if you pay attention you can connect with the wonderful people in contact. Many can not believe that we as white lives here in Khayelitsha (Site B, Z-Section), and are interested in what you do with Sun As a white one is always at the center, because no one else here knows. Whether in a shopping center on the market or in the hospital ... everyone looks at you. But I try to enjoy - in Germany I will probably not as much attention in part.

I myself feel very comfortable here and very rarely miss home. The toast (is not there something else here) is one to the neck out, just like the cheddar cheese and black tea. are normal jam, delicious chocolate and good meat or sausage is not here.
But this is the good and the chips Boereworst (Boer Sausage) delicious!

extent for this time,

Greetings from the end of the world, your

Freddie

How To Get The Wrinkles Out Of Nylon

winter time ... Viva la

It is really cold for days, it blows constantly, it's raining and hailing and you really afraid that at some point breaking the thin window pane ...
The weather is so disgusting that you'd rather not get out of bed. But I am glad that my grandma knitted me so many warm socks! Right now I'm sitting
in the "Office" with meheren pair of socks, a jacket wrapped in thick and so cold in front of me ... so this blog entry is not as long.

are now all the volunteers arrived, and our team is now complete.

But there are so many new things here not to tell right now. The life and work routine, driving is now without any hassles and even the accent of the South African who is really funny, is an ever more familiar in front!

It is wonderful to work here with the kids, even if they require a really great deal ... and more than 150, without parents, you have to do quite a lot.
comfort allle Before you have here a lot, but also show attention and love to donate.
Yesterday was again delivered a one-month old baby with us by the police ... Unfortunately, that happens here constantly (Eight times already since I'm here)!
So, here before I suffer the cold death, I will go now back to our flat and snug myself in my warm bed!

Greetings from the cold Africa!

your Freddie ...

Gm/l Remote Programing

Africa!

come Slowly already native feelings when einbiegt after a long and not always safe ride on South African roads in the cozy Dabula Street. Today we had a hair flying around a bar hit by a truck on the highway. Man runs over the often almost a street dog or sometimes an already dead. To eight in a small Fiat Uno, by 30cm deep potholes through, past dead people on the streets ... all this is somehow normal. South Africa just! Currently we have no water
... throughout the orphanage not, and nobody knows why. But we had a power failure, because no one had bought time prepaid electricity.
In the last few days two more volunteers arrived, now we are seven - only one is still missing. Meanwhile it is also really tight in our apartment. Although here are only five beds, but also our kitchen and sitting area and in the evening when everyone is here to fit we are hardly concerned about the kids' table, let alone on the sofa ... viewing a film, so you have to remain trapped for two hours and hope that no one spasm haunts. Non smoking
The protection does not stop even in front of our flat: The girls want a ban on shisha-smoking (hookah) to introduce ... only 2-3 times a week ... but we have not hit enter! ;-)

We were once again with our "new" by the sea and it was wonderful!

Always nice to feel the wind, hear the sound of the waves: to see whales. Yes, we saw whales! Way out on the horizon, the huge animals were jumping out of the water with a big splash again fallen into the sea. And then water fountains.

Another time have Johanna and I have to make a pickup truck and the "table view" vantage point have placed a stop and watched the sunset.

If we here in Khayelitsha, or in the neighboring township Mitchell's Plain (Coloured township) to go shopping, you will know as staring as it would apply in Germany as racism, when it is a black man would do as well.
It's just a rarity. A Regaleinräumer in the "Pick 'n Pay supermarket (similar to buying land) is always happy when we come and want to talk to us. He's happy just with the only white people who go shopping there, to be known.

Germany is so far away. I (a regular evening news-watching), I'm only little for the news in the world. You get in here - except over the Internet - anything with more than Olympics, politics and disasters. And if you read something ("CSU fights left") it sounds so strange and unreal, all the way to Legoland.

It really is beautiful here in South Africa and I would like at the end of the year dranhängen a month and travel around the country. Therefore, I must observe the "Home Affairs Department to extend my visa ... hopefully it works! But until then I have to save lots of money.

much from Khayelitsha,

so long ....

How To Trade On Pokemon Gold Vba 1.8.0

bug alarm ...

Every morning when we slept at 06:00 clock falls out of bed and takes a step toward the kitchen, crawling army of beetles ("Bugs") around in the kitchen and on the table. Disgusting creatures eat anything that gets in their way. Worse, however, is a much smaller variety of bugs, called Bed Bugs. All who sleep in a wooden bed, are slashed from top to bottom ... Thousands of mosquito bites are harmless because really it. Well, fortunately I sleep in a metal bed.
Until now, each of us also have to throw up or had had diarrhea, but me. I just hope that holds so!
am Today I drove over 150km through the township. Quite a lot of travel services and we have had only one car (actually it should be three). But I've been around for well and may have me arrive in the driving style of a South African. They drive right and left, and go straight to flash or not flash, turn ... honk park and how it would not be married in Germany. It's fun!
Every day I experience so much that I would have to set up a "live chat" just about everything to reports.
only slowly get used to the misery to which Shacks and street children, potholes, completely overcrowded hospitals with 6 hours of waiting time for "Emergencies" and stories of rape. But in
Baphumelele is everything - even if only a few meters - very far away.
There is warped but just as happy children (of course, the circumstances of an orphanage for children with AIDS and TB, according to others) and everyone is so good it just goes there for the children.

Bild vom Tafelberg

This is the Table Mountain (N2 Khayelisha) photographed from the highway. There is not always so clear weather. Often the tip is covered by clouds. This is then assumed that the "table cloth back on the table" is.
